There are about 105 species of Snapper fish,a widely distributed marine fish of the Lutjanidae (or Lutianidae) family; preferring warm tropical and sub-tropical coastal waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea; Snappers vary not only in size, but also in color, from red to white the Snapper hosts a rainbow of colors within the species. Snapper are found at various depths from 3 feet to over 1,450 feet of water depending of the species.
